Product description
Tearproof and weatherproof banner, bright white, stoplight opaque. Printed with pigment ink for outdoor advertising, very high UV stability. Brilliant color reproduction. Opaque, sewable and punchable. Flame retardant B1 / M2. -
Particularities
PLC BannerPRO is a tear-resistant polyester fabric embedded between 2 white vinyl layers. With pigmented inks it allows waterproof prints resulting in open application possibilities in indoor and outdoor advertising, wherever advertising media must be resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation and vandalism. Even with dye inks, the banner can be printed with very good results. The material is very opaque (blockout), water-resistant and can be used unprotected up to 4 months outdoors using pigmented inks. It dries quickly after printing and can be provided with eyelets and sewn and welded on the back with inductive high-frequency or thermal process. For bonding, the double-sided adhesive tape Avery 222 Fasttape, 4mil can be used. -
Processing
In order to obtain optimum printing results, PLC BannerPRO must first be calibrated to the printers used and the corresponding inks. For optimal processing, inclimate settings of approx. 240% and / or a targeted reduction of color in linearization are recommended. Excessive ink application can negatively impact water resistance and weatherability. The full water resistance of the drying agent is guaranteed only after complete drying of the inks, PLC-Banner PRO should therefore be left open overnight (possibly 12 hours). -
